As an Executive Coach, Claire is well-versed in what keeps C-Suites awake at night. Her focus is always on humanising business - developing brand value, purpose and connection that deliver for the people on the inside so they can deliver for their customers on the outside. Tamsin has 30 years' marketing, innovation and brand communication experience across multinational consumer and healthcare organisations, technology, digital and wellness brands.

She combines significant intellectual rigour with an understanding of behavioural drivers. She takes an agile approach to strategic development - balancing big picture with practical execution. An NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner and performance coach she uses Neuroscience and Psychology to ensure strategies engage customers at the heart of their decision-making processes, enabling deeper connections with customers and quicker conversion in the sales process. 

She has worked for Unilever, Colgate, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Manchester Business School, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a host of ambitious SME’s across the UK.

 

Anthony Coppin
Executive Creative Director 
Co-Founder

Anthony is an accomplished and experienced Executive Creative Director and has been working in the creative industries for almost 30 years, across brand identity, brand events and experience, advertising, motion and social media comms. Having worked closely for strategic and creative agencies and consultancies for the last 3 decades he believes in the power of strategic creative and creative strategy in harmony. He has brought his leadership skills to shaping the recent successful growth of Experian, Mastercard Open Banking and Invaio Ai-driven precision biotechnology.

Anthony is part designer, strategist and copywriter but all parts creative champion for business and brands of any size. A D&AD and Transform award-winner, published contributer to the design press and speaker at various industry events. Other tech clients Anthony has worked with include: Experian, Invaio, BT, Cognite, Nokia and Microsoft XBOX.
